1. Click "Start" → Power and then hold the Shift key on your keyboard and click "Restart".

2. Click "Troubleshoot".

3. Click "Advanced options".

4. Click "Startup Settings".

5. Click "Restart".

6. After your computer restarts, press 5 on your keyboard to select "Safe Mode with Networking".

7. Enter your username and password to start Windows in Safe Mode with Networking.

8. Click "Start" → Power and then click "Restart" to return to your normal Windows configuration.
