How to download and install the missing codec?

A possible resolution to resolve the codec issue is to configure the Windows Media Player to download the codecs automatically.

1. Launch Windows Media Player.

2. On the Tools menu, click "Options".

3. Click the "Player tab".

4. Click to select the Download codecs automatically checkbox.

5. Click "OK".

6. Play the file again and click on "Install" when prompted.
