My windows fails to boot into normal mode

If your operating system fails to boot for any reason, please follow these steps:

Attempt booting windows under Safe-mode with networking to do this, hold down your F8 key while booting up and select "Safe-mode with networking" when a boot-menu is shown.

Alternatively you can select "Last Known Good Configuration" to attempt starting windows in the last working condition it remembers.
