What to do when the mouse is not working?

You may need to modify the speed of your cursor if the mouse is not working.

1.For Windows 10, next to the Start Menu (Windows Logo) go to Search Box. For Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Windows XP, click on the Windows Start (Windows Logo) and go to Search Box.
2.Type Control Panel
3.Select Hardware and Sound, select Mouse
4.Choose Pointer Options tab
5.Use the slider scale to choose the pointer speed from slow to fast
6.You can also modify the speed for double-click speed under the buttons tab
7.Click Apply and OK
