Error "Window has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"

Error code 43 occurs when the operating system lost communication with the drive, the most probable reason is an outdated driver on the computer, to fix this follow these instructions:

1. Click Search and type Device Manager
2. In Device Manager, locate the Bluetooth under Network adapter. Right-click and select Update Driver Software
3. Select Search automatically for updated driver software
4. Restart your computer
