Problem with Installing Skype: Error 1618

1. Open “Windows Task Manager”.
2. In the Process tab, locate and select MSIEXEC.EXE from the list.
3. Click or tap on “End Process”.
4. Run the Skype Installer again.
5. If the problem still persists, finish all of the updates and restarting the computer.
