Windows Installer pop up

This can be fixed by restarting the Windows Installer service, please do the following:

1. Press Windows + R then type services.msc
2. In the list, right-click Windows Installer, and then click Properties.
3. In the Startup type drop-down list, check that the value is set to Manual.
4. Click on Restart and wait for the process to finish
5. Restart the PC
