Explorer.exe is not opening due to server fail problem

Corrupt files can cause a problem with Windows Explorer. To fix this error please follow these instructions:

1. Press Windows + R
2. Type Control Panel on the Run Box
3. Go to Search and type File Explorer Options
4. Click the View tab
5. Place a check in the option to "Always show Icons, never thumbnail"
6. Remove the check for the option to "Display file icon on thumbnails"
7. Click Apply and OK
