What to do if the USB ports are not working?

2. Type Control Panel then select Power Options and click Change plan settings next to your currently selected plan.

3. Now click on Change advanced power settings.

4. Navigate to USB settings and set USB selective suspend setting to Disabled. Click Apply and OK to save changes.
