Blue Screen of Death (BSOD)

The dreaded Bluescreen error or simply BSOD, from Windows. It occurs when a program encounters an error, this can also be caused when the hardware in the computer goes bad.

Whenever you encounter a BSOD, write down the important parts of the error message, the said messages usually are long but they point you to the actual location of the error.

Things that you need to look out for:

  1. If you are experiencing a completely blue or light blue screen with no text or error message, your computer may have a bad video card or monitor, resulting in only seeing a blue screen.
  2. If you are getting a solid blue screen with no white text, you are not encountering a BSOD. It's likely a problem with your video card, monitor, or other hardware.

The information can be overwhelming, the troubleshooting can be so complex as well. Take note of all the information as mentioned above, and contact our support team so that we can help you with diagnostics and the actual troubleshooting.
